Cursed Ruins V0.2 - Menu and some bug fixes

This version includes mostly sorting out code and minor bug fixes. Here are some of the changes:
- Music was removed
- Gold objects do not glow in the dark anymore
- Movement was fixed to be relative to the camera
- Step sounds adjusted to the walking speed. New sounds added for UI and landing.
- Particles added to crumbling blocks
- New menu and options. Volume and mouse sensibility can now be changed
- Inventory can no longer be opened during an ending screen (give up/death/escape)
And these are some of the changes planned for future versions:
- Select which treasure to collect each time (now the order is fixed for the first 5 levels)
- Item shop to sell collected items and spend gold
- Pick up items by pressing E instead of walking into them
- Different types of ruins and walls
- NPCs in the ruins.
